Mounting
Textiles require adequate support to enable them to be safely displayed, whether it be a sampler or historic costume. The Textile Conservancy is able to mount both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional objects for long-term display or temporary exhibition - such as a series of Tibetan thang-kas that were mounted for The Wellcome Trust Library for their study of the Eastern approach to health and wellbeing, Asia: Mind, Body, Spirit.
